By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, Design MEP are able to demonstrate to customers and suppliers that the systems we have in place meet the high standards set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).
To gain the ISO 9001 certification, Design MEP had to demonstrate our dedication and commitment to meeting our customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
Director of Design MEP, Phil Pollard, said: “Obtaining ISO 9001 accreditation for a new business like us has helped us develop and standardise our processes and will ensure going forward we will continue to deliver high standards of work to our customers”.
Design MEP has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification through QMS International. This internationally-recognised standard for quality will help Design MEP prove their commitment to providing the best possible service to its customers.
Conrad Francis, the consultant who visited Design MEP on behalf of QMS, explained: “they showed great promise when I arrived, already having a number of processes in place. ISO 9001 provided them with a great framework with which to identify improvements they could make across the whole business.”
On their staff, Conrad highlighted how enthusiastic they were: “Mr Phil Pollard (Director) was very engaged in the process from start to finish. His enthusiasm meant that the whole process ran smoothly and I am confident that both Design MEP and their clients will really benefit from their ISO 9001 Management System.”
